In my work, I’ve helped patients with all types of illnesses and I’ve met people from all walks of life.

In my own life, I have overcome many hardships. I don’t have a perfect life but overall I’ve been happy & successful. I believe the key is to look at every situation as a choice. Through my books, I hope to inspire youth to make good life choices... as good choices lead to good habits which lead to fulfillment. It’s important to learn at a young age (or any age) that you can control your reaction to situations with every choice you make.

Life is a journey. There are many paths. The path may be straight & easy, downhill & sad, uphill & challenging or crisscrossed & confusing. The good news is that you can CHOOSE which path you take and HOW to proceed! No matter how easy or hard the path may be, you’re in control with every choice you make!
